What is this pulley for? I circled it in red, the only reason I ask is because mine is removed.

ok so what benefit does this have if I do not have one? It looks like the previous owner removed mine.

on my car it is the belt tensioner.....

looks to me likes its just a bit smaller and just the the left of the hose

Its just the angle of the picture. You have to have it.. its the tensioner!

From the picture your tensioner is there, might just be an underdrive pulley, bit smaller than stock
