FAST intake

Who here has installed a FAST intake on their LS1s?
Me and my friend are arguing some facts about it. Can anyone show any kind of dyno sheets or somthing to proove what gains you can get out of it? Thank you

your friend is a idiot if he thinks you cant get gains from a fast...if you have full bolt ons and a new cam then fast is the way to go. if not ls6

I've heard it makes a quite noticeable difference on cammed or h/c cars. I don't have facts to prove it, but i've heard it will net you 10-15 more rwhp than the ls6 intake.

yup..but on a mild set-up the ls6 makes better torque/low end numbers then the fast...fast 90/90 set-up in general is tailored for high end
