what options do I have for different mufflers with the lm1 system. I want to quiet it down because from what I have heard of lt1's with lm1 ory and lt's I'm gonna have my ears bleeding with it.

Don't recall hearing one in person, but it has to sound smoother. You can probably find a soundclip of one at ls1sounds.com.

I have an lt1 so it'll sound differnt but I'll check it out

I just checked it out and I like the borlamouth. that sounds really good. I'm gonna enjoy open headers for the weekend then I'll start looking at what I'll do with the lm1, I mean I don't want to be driving around with the loudest exhaust system in the world. lol. jk. I love open headers and I won't be able to get it welded before monday so I'm gonna be going open headers this weekend. when I am not driving the porsche. lol

You can also look into a Dynomax bullet muffler and make yourself a 'Dynomouth'. Really, I think any bullet muffler would do the trick. You could look into Magnaflow, I know they carry some bullet mufflers.

but its the good bleed from your ears kinda thing...:woot:

I know it's the good kind, but I can't drive it everyday around here like that. I get pulled over for bs reasons already. I don't need to add another one to get pulled over for.

I do like the borla and magnaflow. I haven't heard the dynomax.

what is the quietest that doesn't hurt performance?

im interested in other options aswell..i currently have the LM1 w/ stock manifolds,but in a month or so ill be installing my LTs & ORY:flex:if the sound is $hit after the install ill also be swaping my LM1 resonator
