Tranny wont engage! AHHHHH!!!!!

I just put my tranny on rebuilt ls1 and have no gears! It worked perfectly normal before I tore the motor apart. Fluid is fine, torque converter seems to be ok. as i attached motor to tranny I didnt have the stuff inside lined up right and possibly hurt the pump. What do you guys think? Is this something I can fix on my own? If anyone has any similiar experiences please let me know what you did and how you did it! Thanks, *RookieMechanic*

O yeah its all hooked up coorectly now! Im affraid the pump might've gotten smashed up in there when I bolted tranny to motor :( How hard is it to get the torque converter to do its 3 clunking things while engine is connected to tranny? Anyone know?
