More Opinions needed

So most of my car is flawless except for both bumpers.. and the hood.. Im having a sagging problem with my rear bumper and the front is spidercracked and broke in one spot..

Should I get two new bumpers and then give them to a paintshop with my hood(cost and time is the major factor)

I think that would be the way to go..

See what your paintshop will charge to do each piece and compare to what they will charge to do all three at the same time.
