Guy advertises a set of nogoly spark plug wirers on ebay that will fit any corvette ,firbird,camero, with an ls1 motor. I ask him if they are for the older lt1 type motor because they look a little different in his add. He says they only fit an ls1 so i buy them. I get the wirers and they are for a motor with a distributor and some are 2 feet long . Were there any distributor type ls1 cars made because i thought ls1's started in 97 vetts and had same 8 individulal coils packs and short wirers like my 01 ta. Thanks for any info

sounds like you got screwed. As far as I know all LS series motors have the 8 coil packs.

I agree...............see if you can identify the part numbers and look them up.

I had a set of nology's and they were short and thick. No long that even a food. So I say you got screwed

There were no LS1's with a distributor - wires should be short as the stockers

Didnt you just state that HE said they will obly fit Ls1 motors not lt1??

whoops never mind i thought you owed a LT1 my bad.

He should of showed you a pic before you bought them...especially on ebay. What's the link to the ebay advertisement? Yea, all ls1's have coil-over ignition...he probably sold you lt1 wires...either from ignorance or a scam.
