Wet Floor Boards... Need Help QUICK!

Alright, I have a 98 Z with about 100k miles and it has been garaged ever since I have owned it. Now that I am in college, I don't have a garage to store it in, so it sleeps outside. My problem is that now, every time after I go to drive the car after a heavy rain, the floorboards are soaked. There is enough water that the first time it happened, I thought I had left a window cracked. I know for sure that it's not the t-top seals. There is a gap between the window and the seal on the lower 4-6 inches of the glass. I'm thinking it's one of three things:
1. The seal is bad (it feels a little stiff, but its not cracked or anything, and it's probably the original seal)
2. The door is starting to sag on the hinge (don't know if this happens)
3. The windows are off track a little (had this problem with my accord)

Just wondering what you guys think is the most likely cause.

best way to find a leaky window or door seal is take it to a window shop...they should have a little smoke machine that they'll use to find bad seal spots...otherwise, you'll be wasting a lot of your time.And just why are you sure it's not the t-tops? that would be the most likely culprit.

I'm pretty sure its not t-tops because the ceiling in the area around the t-tops is bone dry. I just hate to take my car to someone and pay them to do what i could do. Basically, i was just seeing if somebody knows what it would most likely be.

Also: I know where it's coming from: the 4-6" strip where the gap between the window and the seal is. My question is more what would cause that gap to be there.

worn weather stripping...window/door out of alignment. Hows the alignment spacing around the door...is it all even? My guess is that the window itself is out of alignment.

the alignment of the door seems even all the way around. i'm with you in thinking that its just the window, because the seal doesn't seem bad, and i've been taking care of them (silicon spray about once a month). I'm going home for Christmas this weekend so i'll have a chance to work on it then. The passenger side window is a little slow so i was thinking it was about time to replace the motors anyways.

Sit in the car and have someone spray the car with a hose, this way you will know exactly where the water is leaking in and where it's not...

Ok, this is what I'm saying. I know exactly where the leak is coming from. It's leakng where the window seals against the weatherstripping on the rear for the bottom 4-6". There is a gap big enough to poke a key through for that 4-6". This is definately where the leak is coming from.

My question is: why is that gap there, and how do i fix it.

i went out and took a look today, and it looks like the doors may be sagging and need to be adjusted on the hangers. has anybody hung a door on one of these cars? i know its a pain on anything, but is it particularly hard on camaros?
