I have a 98 WS6 Trans Am with severe gear noise. I took it to a dealer a couple months ago for the axle seals leaking and they filled the rearend back up with MOC lube and additive. Now it howls like crazy. Anyone heard of this product and is this compatible with the GM lube and additive?? There was no noise before the repair. I have about six hundred miles on the rearend with this MOC fluid in there. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

the problem is that your rear gears back lash is off... you probably have 3.73 or 4.10 gears in the rear... who ever installed them didn't do a good job... take it to a mechanic and have him re shim and adjust to the proper backlash...

It has stock gears in it and has never had any work done until they replaced the axle seals. They filled the rear end up with MOC lube and additive instead of GM lube and additive. I want to know if anyone has ever used this lube before?
