killed a mustang

I ran a mustang 5.0 lx. He had a cam and exhaust. We went on a 3rd gear roll. I waited for him to nail it and it was on. I starting pulling right away, and I pulled two cars by the top of third. He shut down after I shifted into 4th. He gave me the thumbs and I turned off.
