Cut, Copy, Paste, menu bar, where is it?

This is the only site I visit where the cut, copy, paste, select all, print menu bar when I right click doesn't pop up.

I get some longer version, without a couple of the options, like CUT & COPY & it's kinda, no definitly annoying not to be able to cut N paste.

Don't think I have ever seen that. That are probably running different software
