Hey guys, I was wandering if anyone knows where I can get my floor mats and head rests embroided with the T/A bird. Thanks for any help.

Hey Boone..

I'm not in your area... but there are several shops here that do custom interiors for cars.... maybe look in that direction. Or, a promo company that makes t-shirts and stuff.. we had jackets stitched one year with our company logo on them. they had some computer sewing machine that digitized our logo, and poof, a grand later we all had coats.

hey hurley, are the headrests embroided or just a decal put on them? I looked on ebay for the floor mats and the dude told me that it would be months before he could do mine.

Why not ask Grant about doing the floor mats. He can probably do them for you. He does absolutely AWESOME work. The headrests are emboidered with thread in the color of your choice and anything you want on them. The shipping is fairly inexpensive.

Yeah embroidered headrests are pimpin' people really take to them with the T-Tops off. Great mod for around $100 or less depending on what you get on there.

i had my wifes headrests done by Grant...he did a good job

i also had car motorsports do custom floor mats ...my wife wanted sunset orange mats (don't ask..its her car) i talked to the owner once or twice before i ordered the mats and he was very helpful...the sample color on the web site looks sunset orangish to me so i ordered the mats with the T/A logo and her name on the driver side ...the pass side had the logo and the trans-am lettering they did a good job ...but the mats were BRIGHT RED not even close the the sample..if you want to order from them ask for their samples to be sent before you order.. if anybody wants a set of red mats with the name stephanie on them i'll give you a good deal...lol

Hurley,
Are their any tricks to it or do they just slide out?

Mine slid off the top, had to be slow and careful, they are TIGHT, and putting back on I didn't think they were going to fit. Again they were real TIGHT going back on, biggest key is patience

It is good to see so many old customers say such good things. I hope all is going well with your designs. I like what many of you have done to your cars.

Grant did a great job on mine, well worth the total price of $84.45 for everything for me. the worst part was putting them back on after he returned them to me. Like everyone says take ur time cause they r a b**Ch to get back on. Thanks Grant
