Lowering My WS6???

I was thinking on lowering my WS6!! What springs are recommended and will I need to get new shocks or will the stock ones work fine?? Also, what is a reasonable cost in labor with just a spring install?? Any help would be appreciated!!!

I havent lowered mine yet but I have thinking about it and going thru the options. The Eibach pro kit is a great option. I think ViperSniper has Eibach springs. ViperSniper if you see this would you post a pic. Thanks. Keith

My 2000 TA, WS6 is lowered by Eibach Sportline. I think it looks much better than the Pro Kit. With the Pro Kit, the rear end sticks up in the air more than the front. I just used the stock shocks and they work fine. I do plan on replacing the shocks later. The ride is great, just a tad bit stiffer than stock. I installed the springs myself and its pretty easy if you have the right tools. Check out my pics.

Yea I agree that with the pro kit the rear end sticks up more but I liked that look more than than level from front to rear. Just personal opinion I guess.

I have sportlines on my car, love the way it looks, not the way it rides. Rides way to rough and I have different shocks/sturts. But I can live with the poor ride, the thing just looks sick because of how low the sportlines take it. And the springs are not hard at all to put in, did mine in both of my trans ams and had no problems at all.--Tony

thase were already installed when the car was purchased and haven't had any problem with scraping unless their are speedbumps.

The 1st pic shows a front chin spoiler, the 2nd 2 pics don't.
Did you remove the chin spoiler, or did you add it?

so i'm thinkin about lowering mine too. Eric@DMS has given me a quote on his springs/adj. pan hard. now i have about 100K miles on my 2000 ws.6. I figured i may aswell change out the shocks. What can you guys reccomend for a smooth ride? No autoX or tracking.

The chin spoiler came with the car but wasn't put on yet, but now it is on so yes it was added.
