ATF question

When the ls1 A4 come out of the factory do they fill it with reg or synthetic ATF?? I was gonna put synth in my A4 but I heard that if you have reg in the A4 its bad to put synthetic in, why s this??? thanks guys

the trans has good ole dino oil in it.
i would suggest against using anything else.
