Hey fellas, Hope everyones Thanksgiving was great! Quick question does anyone know where the first O2 sensor is located on the 98 V6 model Camaro?

If I'm not mistaken thinking the 3.8 has two pre-cat sensors, one on each bank - then another post-cat sensor? The code will tell you which sensor it is, sensor one is precat but need to know which bank (driver or passenger side).

Seen many people on here have low voltage to the oxygen sensors..
im throwing codes both banks low voltage

was told to check all the wires..which i am ganna do..but have heard then that may not even be the problem if all look secure..

is there any other problem that this could be from...dont want to replace them if it is not the problem...

dont know if this is the same problem u have...but many inquiring minds have the same problem...
may help us both out

Well there is a story on this headache so I will try to make it quick for reading sake. I used QT gas for the last two years, about a mouth ago I had some fuel issues and after horror story after horror story come to find out it was a fuel injector (Cyr 5) that happened out of town. A few days later had the same problem now it's injector 6, I am working with QT to resolve the issue with the cost of repair since they guarantee their gas. All that being said I am getting a bank 1 O2 sensor error and I am hoping that is not the cat, but as after as what is doing, when I punch it, there is hesitation and my gas mileage has it a low. Under normal driving every now and then the car feels like it wants to stall. It may be related to the issue with the remaining injectors however I just want to cover all my bases.
