My power stops gaining at about 3500rpm, still accelerates but at the same rate it did at 3500. Make sence? Its like its making 250hp from 3500 to 6000. I filled up at QT last night (thank god) and then today its doing this, and also the fuel pump is louder than normal. I am thinking one of two things.

1) Fuel filter clogged, pump loud cause its working xtra hard
2) Fuel pump going out

What do you think it sounds like and would QT cover this, do they have certain shops they approve of? I guess I should call them.

first off what's a QT? I'm assuming a gas station? Why would they cover this? Have you checked fuel pressure at the rail yet? A fuel filter is cheap and easy to replace. If you suspect one or the other I would replace the filter first. The loss of power up top could be a number of things. Do you have any mods?

QT is QuickTrip, a filling station. There motto is quick trip, every trip garanteed. They will pay for any fuel related problems.
