Not 100% accurate sometimes...but should be great with stock pistons.

sooo... 10:9:1 and 10:3:1 10:9 streetable?

what kind of power do you think I'd make with that head/cam combo...any reason to NOT go for that combo?

10.9:1 is streetable. Just gotta make sure your tune is spot on.
Nothing but premium fuel as well, obviously.

is that cam to big for a DD car?

again what are some ideas about power numbers? it'll have headers and exhaust.

Might be a little much for a DD.

Although everyone's opinion is different when it comes to what can be driven everyday.

With the right tune, you could tame that thing enough for it to be streetable.

Camshaft specs are 226/226, .585 in./ .585 in., 112 lobe separation angle.

I could go with that cam also... quite a bit more mild compared to

Camshaft specs are 232/230, .580 in./.578 in., 110 lobe separation angle

There is a FORSURE way of doing CR. Calls for a little blueprinting , but if you want to know there are specific formulas. I did not check out that site Mr. Luas posted thou.CR= (SV + CV)/CV........ SV- Swept volume .... CV- Compressed volume. I dont know if your trying to get this involed but there is a way to figure out EXACT. Going to need burettes and things of that nature. Just my .02$

What kind of fuel do you run with that 11.2 CR for your daily driving?

Hey Thanks for the info, sounds like I'll be running 11:1s also considering water/methonal shot to super chilll the intake -They work better on Forced induction units but the guys @ www.snowperformance.com (They make a kit designed for GM MAF Systems) say it works well on NA motors-plus safer and cheaper than Nitrious systems-just for your FYI P.S. what are your Flow numbers and valve sizes on your Patriots? Later

It's a nice cam for being a few years old. I'm going to take it out and throw it in the camaro and put in a custom cam made for my setup and high compression into the firebird
