How much hp can the stock rear end handle in my 1999 Z28??

depends!!!! some shit the bed with stock hp..and some will run for a good length of time with 600 ...im putting 400 to the wheel with a 6 speed ..car has 25k on it......rear is still quiet......slicks+stock rear+lots of launches at the track= kaboom
