I was thinking of getting some rims, the ones I like are 18x7.5 35mm offset
5x120 bolt patterns will they fit?
Im not sure about the 7.5 part and the offset.

The offset will work no problem. I was running a 18x8 wheel with a 35mm offset. However I got ride of the wheels cause they were way to narrow. I didn't like how skinny they looked. I will be going with a wider wheel when I buy my next set. So IMO you should NOT buy a 7.5in wide wheel. That size is reserved for the import scene. But it's up to you, to each his own.

Whats the widest wheel, a stock camaro or fbird can fit, without doing any mods to them fit? would 10in be to wide?

I would say a 9.5in. wide wheel would be the biggest you could go without any modifications. Also remember the backspacing/offset plays a big factor in the equation too.
