Horn

When I lock my car with the remote, I sometimes get two loud BEEPS like you would get when the alarm is going off instead of the two quick beeps that normally sound when the door is locked. Has anyone else had this happen? Is it somthing I should worry about, i.e. wires shorting out? Thanks

It is supposed to beep the horn if you hit the lock button twice...

But not 2 beeps. Not sure what that could be.

Maybe you're hitting the button an extra time so it beeps twice.

Sometimes when I lock it, it beeps letting me know the alarm is set, like it's supposed to. But other times it's like the alarm is going off. I only hit it once, and I'm not hitting the panic button. It's just weird to me and kind of embarrassing. Has anyone else had it happen to them?

it is supose to beep 2 times but not 2 long times.. If it beeps once chances are the hatch is not closed all the way or you reprogrammed the alarm to the way you like it.
