01 formula front bumper

ok i have searched this place for awhile now i have a question...i have an 01 formula the front bumper is the style with the fog lights on the outer rdges of the bumper ...i have seen pics of many different 01's with both front bumpers....whats the difference between the 2?

TA has verticly placed side lights with the foglights inthe middle just on either side of the lisence plate and the formula is the same a the firebird with the foglights and running lights horizontily on the sides... that make sense? 98-02 all follow this
