Hello All.. My neighbor is selling her late husbands 2003 50th Anneversery vette. It has only 3000 miles on it, and it is in mint condition. Its never been in rain, or snow and has been garaged. Shes asking $31,000 for it. Is it a good deal? Im looking in the paper and ebay to compare prices, but nothing has that mileage.
Thanks for the help!

What a rip off tell her you'll give her 20k for it and she should be happy. BTW what's her name and number?
