The TA is shifting hard from 1st to 2nd. I have no codes and it is not in limp mode. This just started last week. Any ideas?

Broken or stuck accumulator or bad PCS would be my guess or possibly ball came through the plate

My 01 Z28 shifts very hard from 1st to 2nd, I have a billet 2-4 super servo, and a transgo shift kit #3 washer.
If you have any of these components that could be why the shift is that hard.

Well the thing is .....it never did until recently. I must say that I like it....but it's different.

You'll like it until it fails. Get it checked out.

Take out all of the washers, I never use them in any of my Performance buildups. This should make a big difference. If the 2nd feed hole on the separator plate is larger than .093", that can cause hard 1-2 part throttle shifts. Start with taking out the washers, and see what happens.

I actually like how the vehicle shifts, and have no problems with it. You are obviously far more experienced in the automatic transmission field than I will ever be.
I had the transmission work done by a professional shop (Mike's) in Poway, and I trust that the work was done correctly. It was Mike's idea to swap the stock LS6 servo out for this unit.
Thanks for the tip.
