OBD-I vs OBD-II tuning

Is there any major pros/cons to performance tuning either?
Assuming I wanted to swap in one, I'm curious if there's an
obvious preference towards one of them over the other. It
would be going into my old OBD-I truck, should I swap one.

If it is already OBD1, I would just stick with OBD1. Probably end up being simpler that way, and either way you'll be able to tune the PCM just fine.
