I have a 00 TA A4 with loudmouth catback, K&N and free mods. I went with a buddy of mine that is running low 12's on street tires so unfortunatly for me it wasnt to fun to race him . . . anywho these were my best numbers had some better reactions and 60' times but this was best et

.246 rec
2.17 60'
5.80 I2
8.77 I3 @ 83.25
11.32 I4

13.50 et
103.46 mph

unfortunatly for me I dialed in at 13.6 on the previous runs but I broke out big in eliminations. . . I assume it was because the car next to me had a nice head start

Lemme know what ya'll think TIA

Nice runs. That's one thing that's great about automatics, getting off the line well.

The car that had a head start probably had a higher dial in then you (i.e. he has a 15 sec. 1/4 mile, and you have a 14 sec. 1/4 mile dial in, so he gets a full second head start ~you're essentially racing against the clock, and hoping for a good reaction time, while hoping to match your dial in).

i took my car to a national event in mission bc,all that is done to the car is the air box mod..first time out i did a 13.5@102,next pass i did a 13.3@103
then i lowered the air presure launched it at 1800 (lol) and the car did a 2.0 60 ft and i ran a 13.01@105...well that was my last pass..they kicked me out for being to fast for a convert..i was like WTF? the car is stock..well it didnt work and i still couldnt race, and they gave me my cash back

oh by the way mission is at sea level, sometimes the air is lower

Seems like there is more in the car.

Good first time out though :)

Practice is key
