My car is bone-stock internally. has a tune and 4.10 gears. Would it help/hurt to run race gas at the track? better ET's or not??

It helps, but you gotta watch out for your internals sometimes. I don't know if LS1's have stainless valves, but if they don't you could burn them up.

I don't think it would help. Unless you are running a higher C/R or advanced timing your stock LS1 can't really use it.

If it isn't knocking it won't help. Basically throwing your money away. Too much octane slows you down and a $5.00 per gallon or whatever it is you don't need it with a stock car. Heck I only use enough race gas to bring it up to 95 octane and my car has nothing left on it that is stock. ;)

You have to have the car tuned for it. You can't just throw it in, as the car won't advance timing, spark, etc... Buy HP Tuners, and tune it in. I've heard great things about the new Density Air program w/ HP Tuners, you may want to look into that.

Don't do it. It could hurt the car ET wise. I have made some passes w/ 100 octane cam 2 (when spraying in the summer). In the rare occasion I am almost out of gas at the track and would still be making many passes that I I have added 1-2 gallons of 100 octane..... car went 0.1 slower.
