AIR/EGR Removal Questions

I have an 00 WS6 that I want to put LT's/ORY on. I don't have emissions to contend with so off with the cats. But I hadn't thought about what else could come off relating to the emissions stuff. Without the cats, is there a reason for the AIR system or the EGR stuff? If I remove all of this, will I throw codes if I'm using O2 sims? Is there any harm in leaving all of the AIR/EGR stuff on and still deleting the cats? I appreciate the help.

If you don't have to worry about emissions I'd delete both the AIR and EGR. No cats will throw codes, as will no EGR. Instead of just getting sims only for the cats I'd have the AIR and EGR codes turned off.

Yeah I see that's the way to go. I just need to find a tuner in my area that can do it for me.
