So i bought the car and it already had SLP LTs,ORY, and magnaflow catback. i hate the catback and the muffler looks pretty dinged up.

Im wanting to get an SLP Loumouth but cant make up my mind between LM1 and LM2. i want it loud but not unGodly anoying..

Any suggestions?

LM1 is extremely annoying with LT's. So there you got your answer. I drive 100 highway miles a day with LT's and LM2 and it doesn't even bother me.

If money isnt a problem, then you should consider the GMMG. I have that with stock manifolds and its awesome.

Yea but that would change if you had LTs for the good or bad i dont know...

The only thing that seperates the LM1 from the LM2 is the interchangability between the 'shotgun resonator' and 'bullet muffler'. If you don't like the resonator (LM1), then buy the bullet muffler (LM2).

Curious what you don't like about the Magnaflow?

go TSP Rumbler cat-back. Costs around $225 shipped and is more refined than the SLP LM...

Well its not that i totally hate the Magnaflow. Im not a big fan of the tips, and the previous owner backed into something and bent up the muffler and 1 exhaust tip pretty good. I had a shop straighten it out as best the could but the tips dont line up anymore, and i think the sound has changed because of the dints in the muffler itself. Bottum line is i need a new exhaust and i always liked LM....

Ill have to check into TSP though now also....

Which LM is less raspy on LTs? I cant stand listening to sound bytes of these cars, they are missleading!

LM2.

What about just changing the tips on the Magnaflow?

The loudmouth will be terrible with LT's and no cats. Trust me, you'll regret it if you do it.

I just had Pacesetters and catted Y on my car with the gmmg and it is nasty. I love it.

A friend here has a similiar set-up.

QTP LT's, catted y-pipe, GMMG. Sounds beautiful...but it is a little loud.
Blower might have something to do with that.

I ran Finish Line Peformance LT's with ORY and a Corsa RSC cat-back. Expensive though, but it brought complements almost daily.
