Did any LS1 intakes come w/ egr?

I have a friend that has one that he got off a vette but doesn't know what year. If it's an LS6, I want to buy it from him and then put on race LTs

LS1 intake manifold, no EGR (from 97-00 Corvette) = 88894095 (formerly 12557846, 12556333)
LS6 intake manifold (01-02 F-body) = 88894339 (formerly 88890524, 88890523, 12561184)

Just flip it over...the ls1 intake curves up and the ls6 is flat on the bottom

from what i remember, all corvettes came without EGR with LS1 intakes from 97-02 in 03 they all got LS6.
