Specs on Rear Axle

I have a 98 A4 Z28, am wanting to put 3.73's in but need info... Do I need a 3 or 4 channel rear? I have ABS, and POSI but no traction control. Also, anyone know of any place near Colorado that would have a used one?

3 channel since you don't have traction control.

Yeah. Biggest problem is my expired plates.
That and I couldn't get a babysitter.
