putting 3.73 gears into my auto WS6

I'm putting in 3.73 gears into my car, its a '01 WS6/auto. I know my speedo will be off, but I am wondering on whether the shift points would get thrown off too.

Also, from switching to 3.23 to 3.73, how much will the speedo be affected? Will it read higher or lower until i get it calibrated again?
