Believe it was 2005 Z06 and friends say it had HCI. Perhaps they were trying to get it dialed in? Unknown.

Anyway, Z06 ran 12.9@119 and I ran 11.3@127.85

No way an '05 HCI Z06 ran a 12.9. Stockers are hitting mid 11's, 12.9 with a HCI? Even if it was a pre C6 Z06, they ran mid to low 12's stock. Somethi9ng is wrong here. Good kill though, what are your mods?

I hear ya and thought that was aweful weird too. My close friend had an 01 or 02 Z06 and it was bone stock and he was running like 12.2@117 that's why I thought it was very strange so I agree with you.

My mods. Too much to type over and over and it won't let me post my URL so if you are that interested, you want me to send you the url that has my mods and pictures? I'd rather ask first.

If HCI stands for Heads/Cam /Intake, it definitely didn't have those mods to be only traping 119 mph. That would suck to have spent that amount of cash for 2-3 mph.

I agree 100%. By no means am I trying to degrade the Z06 because like I said, I have a friend who had an 01 and now has an 02 and they are beautiful quick cars. Certainly not trying to give the Z06 a bad rap. Perhaps they might have had some tuning issues?

I never had the impression that was what you were trying to say. It seemed likeyou were posting information that was provided to you. I love ZO6s as well, but it has no room for my 21 month old son and I'm raising him to be a GM enthusiast. :)
