Second time I have ever been to a track. Went to Mooresville (1/8th mile) which isn't the most well-prepped track in the world, but hey, it works.

Car: M6; flowmaster muffler (CRAP), cutout, K&N filter (no lid), spec stage 2 clutch, power tower shifter. Running BFG g-force KDWS tires ( :tired: ) at about 32 psi.

It was also cold as balls outside, about 40-45 degrees

That being said:
R/T: .024
60': 2.210 (need better tires)
330': 5.991
1/8: 8.986
MPH: 82.601

Not the best but not too bad for a rookie. Tires and a lid to come soon, hopefully I can consistently run mid-hi 8's then. Hopefully.

Not too bad. Better times will some with more seat time. Add some sticky tires and you'll cut those times by .5 at least first time out. Good luck and have fun with it.

Decent runs. Keep practicing, and i'm sure your times will be in the mid 8's.

Dropped my times by about a tenth this week.
Pretty much the same conditions:

R/T: .301 :brick:
60': 2.166
330': 5.884
1/8: 8.868
MPH: 82.990

The track i go to (mooresville) is moving test and tune to saturday afternoons, so maybe some time soon i will get out there in some slightly better conditions.
