What's the best way to go for tuning? I'm not looking to spend too much money but what tuners are there that actually increase HP and TQ? Is a dyno tune affordable/effective?

dyno tune...very effective, not always so affordable at 450 or so. You can get a tune for less, around 150... but not on a dyno. The predator handheld is 400, isn't too shabby from what I hear. If you get a dyno tune, i'd wait until you have a lot of bolt-ons...at least full exhaust and intake.

Speartech tuned mine and had the car there to do it. Superb work and would take it back there again if I needed it done, you don't always need a dyno to get your car running perfect. Afterall it's the outdoors where your car is going to be running, not on some rollers in a shop.
