I remember seeing some threads over this a long time ago but.... What do you guys think of it? Is it a major PITA to get it all on? My paint is in pretty good shape, just lookin for a way to make it look even better.

If you follow all of the tips & tricks from www.zainobros.com , it shouldn't be too hard. It is time consuming the first time, but a breeze from there on out. And the results are more than worth it.
Also, I see that your T/A is black. It might be a good idea to purchase a porter cable buffer and some good pads. Here's what I purchased.

This and 3M swirlmark remover will get out most minor blemishes, swirlmarks and light scratches. Plus you won't have to worry about burning the paint with this.

I've never used their swirl remover before.
Something I forgot to mention, make sure and get a good spotlight so you can see your progress.
