Exhaust setup

What's the exhaust situation on the 2004? Not true duals, is it? Is it overly restrictive? I'll be out to make a few of the simpler bolt on mods once I get ahold of a GTO, and I'd like to have this sort of thing all thought out by that point.

Yes it is true duals...they just exit from one side.....

I put 200 miles on the stockers and replaced with Stainless Works LT Headers...R/T Cats and Borla performance exhaust.....I will say the stock set up is not all that bad though.......I put headers on my lawnmower:)

Biggest restriction is the manifolds, cats, and resonators. Going to long tubes will add quite a bit of power. I'm running Dynatech long tubes with cats going into the stock cat back. No problem making power :)

What kinda gains do the GTOs see with full exhaust? IE. Headers, and catbacks

I wanna say it was around 35-40 RWHP.....so many damn mods ago:)
