So i read up different waxes...and decided i needed to throw some good cleaner wax on there....and then i followed up with some nanowax for protection...not really for the shine...though it looks great....but just for some synthetic protection over the cleaner wax

how often should i use cleaner wax?

i like all of mothers stuff. usually you are only supposed to wax your car all out 2-4 times a year. cleaner wax i am not sure. i am not a showroom guru :lol:

For over the counter products, you could go with Mothers Syn Wax, Meguiars #26 Wax. Those are the two I would recommend
The cleaner wax is good when you're going to do a good polish section, try new products, and want to start anew

Paste maybe a more concentrated form of the product than the spray form, but basically are meant to deliver the same results with the understanding that the spray form may have been reformulated a little bit for its intended purpose

If you're going with Zaino you may want to try or buy the ZAIO, the Z5, and either the Z6 or the Z8 or both. That's all you really need if your paint is in good shape...

hey i swear you guys should try this cleaner wax called zymol. liquid and bright blue, but this is the shit for water spots and bugs and tar, i use it on the whole top of the car even the windows, and its not bad for wheels either, i get mine at target. you have those in sc?

Zymol is good wax...it works very well and it is not expensive

I used Zymoil sice it first came out(at least when I saw it) in the early 90's.
I had a 84 z28 H.O. /red/and the paint was badly faded. I tried almost everything. I saw the Zymoil and at that time it was 24 bucks. I said fk it and bought it. It was amazing how it brought back my paint. Now its like 10 bucks at wal*mart. They used to make a car wash too. It was awsome but I dont see it anymore.

i get mine at target, i dont know if they still do car wash. but they do leather cleaner for sure
