manual to auto swap, LS6

Just got an LS6 out of a pullout. It didn't come with the 6 speed tranny, just the computer, harness, and engine. I would like to put in a 4L60E auto, which I have. What all will I have to do to accomplish this (reprogram/new computer, harness, etc.)?

Just reprogram the computer. And get the 4L60e engine harness. Or do like I did. I contacted a company that redoes wiring harnesses and they sent me the plug-in ready to wire into my computer. Very simple. Their name is LT1wiring.net.
