How much is interchangable between the internals of an Lt1 and an Ls1. (heads, cam, crank, pistons...)

Sorry yesterday was a long day for me. I was compairing the Lt4 and the Ls1, and I meant to ask what parts ar inter changable between the Ls1 and the ls6 because everytime I see a set of heads for sale for the ls6 it also nearly always says Ls1. Sorry and thanks for the reply anyway.
