I am going to install a Vortech Supercharger on my 2001 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 5.7L. It is an automatic 4speed (STOCK).
What should I do to the Transmission so it can take the new power (aprox. 410hp)??

With the 4L60E you will have problems with the inputshaft/drum assembly. It will crack the Aluminum drum where the shaft is pressed in. There are fixes to this but they are not cheap. PATC has a torque drive package for around 385 which includes the upgrades necessary, TCI has the same kit with a hardened drum for like 5 something. And Art Carr (where I got mine) will sell you a drum/inputshaft with a steel ring pressed on (same as the other 2 only in the case of the TCI this one isnt hardened) for like 180 plus a 150 core charge. PATC are some arrogant pricks though so I would deal with them. Otherwise go 4L80e.
