Lexus GS430 up to 120 mph

My wife and I were on the highway the other day when a Lexus Gs430 blew by me at like 85 mph. Like a greyhound chasin a rabit I instinctively jumped into the passing lane and wanted to play. He pulled into the right lane and let me get door to door. Then he lurches 1/2 a fender on me so I nailed it and rode 4th to almost 120 mph. The amazing thing is that I barely pulled a car length on him and he was hangin' right with me. I didn't know a Lexus had that kinda balls. When I let off, he slowed down too and I tried to give him the thumbs up for a good race but he wouldn't even acknowledge me. He stayed his 85 mph so I just fell in behind him and let him sweep radar for me. I'd still like to see how one of those would do from a dig.

0-60: 5.9 seconds
Standing Quarter Mile: 14.4 seconds at 99 mph

1 car length or more from 90 - 120 sounds about right!

I test drove a 430 the first year they came out and was extremely impressed when I pulled out on the hwy and gunned it. I went from 60-80 in a heartbeat......

they do. They did an episode of "Rides" on one where they put the V8 from the GS430 into an IS300 and it was a fuckin monster!!!
