Ok, I got a 99 Silverado Z71. Right now I have a remote turbo set-up installed, which totally kicks ass. But there is only one prob. Im having trouble finding cams for it. Can anyone help me out on that?

Are you speaking of the STS rear mounted turbo?

Skip the cam for now and get long tube headers w/ high flow cats, or no cats, and y pipe, this will spool your turbo up alot easier and faster creating more boost and better response, not to mention the note it'll add to the exhaust!

Oh yah, not to mention the power increase, I'm guessing a solid 30hp to the wheels!

I read several articles and most agree that with a turbo or forced injection, recomendations are of the following. 112-114- Lobe Seperation angle,(LSA), 224/236 @.050 lift duration, or 268/286 advertised duration, Try to keep the lift just over or equal to stock and more on the exhaust side then the intake. 2000-6000 RPM range. Gearing is important when trying to find a cam. Call comp cams or anyone that you may prefer to get good answers. You must be equipped with answers like what mods you have, such as heads and what the flow characteristics might be, intake manifold, distributor, ignition, exhaust, torque converter and almost most important gearing and what you plan to do with your car, 4 wheel, hills, gas milage you want, drag/street, street only, road race etc.
