yeah like the title says, plus im tired and out of dry microfibers... u guys think its okay?

Its not going to hurt anything, but clay barring is done to remove all the contaminents from your paint prior to waxing/sealing the paint. It probably won't get much if any at all debris in the paint by sitting over night but it is ideal to clay bar then wax/seal the paint directly after.

damn, my microfibers are all soaked! and i need to drive to wal mart to get some. i was thinking of using my gf's car to get some when she gets home tomorrow. i was gonna use polish, then wax

all i have is a wax applicator foam and a terry cloth. i guess im gonna have to skip on the polish and go wax my car right now.... ahh my back

k just gt done waxing.... car was a little misty, fucking foggy night in SAN DIEGO! i went ahead n waxed anyway. streaky.... will get up early to touch up. comments

You can do IPA/Water 50-50 mix wipedown (IPA= Isopropyl Alcohol available at Target, Kmart, Supermarkets etc...)
Wipe down with IPA/H2O mix before you wax to clean up the claybar residues, and what not. This will ensure a nice clean surface to lay your polish down. What you don't want to do is leave the wax on overnight, as it might get debris and dust you don't want to rub across the paint
