I ordered the touch up tube from a dealer, cost me 11$, and then I used a toothpick to fill them in, once it was filled and set I buffed it smooth and looks like nothing happened.

Clean the area around the chip with a dish washing soap to remove any and all wax/polish. Fill in the chip with touch up paint leaving an ever so slight dome on the fill. Carefully wet sand the excess paint down to be level with the surrounding area. Let sit and dry, then go over the chip with a coat or two of clear coat. Let dry sufficiently and then apply the wax/polish that you use.
