Buddy of mine just gave me a can of Trim Shine vinyl and plastic coating made by Stoner to use on mine. Just sprays on. He swears by it but it's raining today and I haven't tried it yet. He's a big car show guy and gets it by the case.

I will look for some info about this product. Im skeptical about most plastic cleaners becuase when the sun dries them out, they look hoorible! thanks for the info

I can't remember the name of the stuff but I got it at a boat supply store. It's the best stuff I've used. It actually stays black for awhile. Most stuff works but once you wash it or it rains It just washes off and you have to reapply it.

Try Adams car care products, Its called In and Out spray, this stuff is great, I use it for anything that is black plastic, it works great on all of the under hood stuff.

303 protectant is great, but you cant find it in local stores...i'm a fan of Mother's Back to Black. Available at any auto parts store and its cheap to boot.

Look in a boating supply store... you can find 303Aerospace there. It is the only stuff to use.

back to black

I used the back to black today on the plastic and the window moldings. It makes it look good. Shiny black. See how long it holds up.

Yeah thats the stuff I was talking about.

Back to black sucks in my opinion. If your car is a show car and never sees rain or sunlight for extented periods of time it probably work good but on a DD that shit is gone in a couple days or the first rain whichever comes first.

Another vote for Aerospace 303... get it at a boat store. Has the best UV protectant in it and has a nice non greasy look to it.
