Vert Top Motor

I have an 02 TA and there is a bad u-seal inside of the motor. I've called a ton of different places to try and get the seal, but everyone just tries to sell me the whole motor. Can someone help? Thanks.

Might not be what you want to hear, but I have a motor from my previous vert that I am willing to sell fairly cheap if you can't locate the u-seal.
