WHAT PARTS I NEED FOR THE CONVERSION ????
I HAVE INSTALLED THE HEADS (243) AND CAMSHAFT LS6
I DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL WORK WITH THE SAME INJECTORS AND HARNESS....

I believe the LS6 manifold should be compatible with all the LS motors, including the 5.3 truck engine. All the bolts are in the same place and the TB should mount the same.
Not sure about the LS2 though, I believe it has throttle-by-wire and therefore the are no throttle bracket mounts.

I believe you will have to use Vette or F-body accessories if you use the LS1-Ls6 intake, very little power to gain anyway. I still the 4.8 unit on my LS1 and it works very well.

I would think the LS1 manifold would be a nice top-end power gain over the truck manifold, which is designed for low-end torque. The LS6 can add up to 15WHP over the LS1 manifold, so I would think going from a truck manifold to an LS6 would be a pretty drastic difference.

On the dyno the truck intake makes slightly more torque and is equal in horsepower until about 5300 rpm, then the LS1 gains about 3 h.p. hardly worth a swap, especially when you have to change waterpump and accessories to use it. The LS6 might be worthwhile if you were doing other mods and had a set of accessories that would work.
