Zaino Question

Zaino recommends even thin coats of wax / polish. How many Ounces should be used per layer? (Z5 and Z2):buffer:

i would assume how ever much it takes, im sure they just mean don't glob it all on because thats unnecessary. Just as thin of a layer you can get should do the ticket. A lot of people just apply to much wax when it is unneeded.

I got 3 coats out of 1 Oz. of Z5 and 2 coats with 1 Oz. of Z2 both with ZFX additive.

The thinner the better.........
1/2 oz +/- alittle should be more than enough for z2 or z5. 1oz of ZPC is about right for the size of car you're doing. Anything more than a oz and you are wasting product and making your job much harder.

Again thinner is better (easier to apply and easier to remove). When you think you don't have enough on and you can barely see it you have it right.

Z06-Goose has some crazy detailing materials.

The man knows his stuff. If you saw the more recent pics of my car...I can thank him for that shine. :yup:

The thinner the better for sure. Zaino is a polymer based polish, not a wax. The product is a great deal when applied correctly. Nice bunch of product you got there! You'll be very happy with the results.

So far the products are great.
The Z-9 got a stain out of my seat(Tan leather), that other name brands wouldn't phase.
The Z-10 I can still smell it in my car, over a week later, and I cleaned my seats with my old product, then with the Zaino it still got even more dirt off of them.
The Z-5 got my swirl marks out that other brands didn't even hide. I love it.
The Z-2 just gave my car a deep wet shine. I didn't think my paint could shine like it does now, with a simple hand applied polish.
The Z-16 I just put one coat on the tires and found out it works great on the black strip in the door jam.
The ZFX I had never used Zaino before, so I don't know how much of a differance the ZFX made in drying time.
