i don't like em...they just kinda....start n' stop outta nowhere. Nice move with the Vette Wheels-get that sucker lowered that car is a star! [i hate our 4x4 f-bods....]

I still haven't decided what to do to lower it. My last Camaro had the eibach springs and that was too low for me so I'm trying to decide what to do with this one.

Don't like 'em. They break that smoothness of the all black car. Kinda just sitting there like they don't belong. Rims are sharp though!

nevermind zl1 is also known as the manta stripe I believe and I looked into but I won't do it in vinyl and don't want to paint the car right now.

Thank you everyone! I would've like to do silver but everything else was already red and didn't feel like changing everything at the moment. That and one of my friends here locally has a silver/black mustang I damn sure didn't want to be accused of copying him!!!!!

it's your car and personally i think you made the right choice in color. the red keeps the flow of red on the car. i have the same stripes but in black on my pewter SS. looks good.

i think the car is clean as hell, i wouldnt do any other stripes or anything with the ones u have on there currently, just leave it. Badass wheels too, I am looking into the black ones for my red 98ss

damn that is a really nice car for one i actually like the stripes i have them on my ss in red as well...email me for pics.....i also did the headlight mod like u did ...and those c6 wheels are pimp on an f-body..i also have yokohamas es100's like u...there alright for the street but suck for dragracing..

dude im diggin the vette wheels. what size are they? are they a direct bolt on replacement for the stocker SS wheels? or do they need spacers?

Yes they bolted right on without any spacers but they are not factory corvette rims. They are reproduction rims with offset and size to fit a camaro. They are 18*8.5 in front and 18*10.5 out back.

awesome. what size meats are you runnin? and how much was the total wheels and tires? where di you get them from?

I got them off of ebay, the tires are 255/40/18 and 285/35/18, I really need a wider tire on the back but they didn't have any in the brand I bought so I will have to keep looker for when I have to replace them. Total cost was around $1700.00

i personally wouldn't have put the stripes on, but it doesn't look bad. if you're gonna lower it, eibach has springs that only lower it a little over an inch. thats what i put on mine. to me it made a huge visual difference without making going into driveways and going over speed bumps a bitch

I love the stripes I just wanted something different!! As for the loweing eibachs kits go lower than an inch it's more like 1.5" I've had them before on a different car. I'm going with adjustable Koni's and bilstein HD's with teh perch removed on the rear
