i know Z28 is lighter than trans am so i assume SS is lighter than WS6

My 02 SS convertable weighs 3,620 lbs. with just over 1/2 tank of gas. had it on the scale not long ago.
Only thing I can tell you is put your cars on the scales and find out. It's easy to do and cuts out all the speculation and guess work. Larry.

my convertible is around 4300... wanna bring it down to ~4000.
too many mods that added weight :(

LOL, that was hillarious. Man are you sure 4,300? My 56 Nomad is a tank and is twice the car of a 4th gen and barely weighs that much. My 72 Chevelle comes in at 4,108 lbs. thats with me in it (200 lbs.) Thats with a boat ancor big block chevy and A/C.
What in the world did you add to that 02 camaro to get it that heavy:eeek: Larry.
