Winter Tires?

Does anyone know of any good tires that will make my 99 T/A driveable in the winter? I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and we have had some pretty bad winters. Does anything work?

I have studded snow tires mounted on steel wheels. I've been using them for 3 years now. It is night and day with them on in the snow. I highly recommend them. I'm not sure what kind. I bought them used from some guy that sold his camaro. He got them off Tirerack.com though.
